By submitting its venue on the platform, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to venues offering Champagne consumption or sales opportunities to the public, including bars, restaurants, wine merchants, bars and similar establishments, subject to compliance with the regulations applicable in their country of operation.
The contact person registering the venue declares that they are duly authorised to represent the venue and commit it to participation in Champagne Week 2026.
Registration on [champagneweek.fr – adresse à confirmer] for Champagne Week 2026 is restricted to venues located in Paris (75), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93) or Val-de-Marne (94).
3. Information Provided by the Venue
The venue undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:
- the name of the venue;
- the type of venue;
- its address and location;
- the contact details of the designated representative;
- the dates of participation in Champagne Week;
- the offers or events proposed;
- practical booking and contact information.
The venue remains solely responsible for the information published on the platform.
4. Publication of Information
The venue authorises Comité Champagne to publish, on Champagne Week-related communication channels, the information necessary to promote its participation, including:
- the name of the venue;
- its address;
- its type of activity;
- its dates of participation;
- the description of the proposed offer;
- the submitted visuals;
- website links and booking information.
The contact details of the designated representative (name, email address and telephone number) are not intended to be made public.
5. Submitted Content
The venue warrants that it holds all rights required for the texts, photographs, logos, visuals and any other content submitted through the platform.
The venue authorises Comité Champagne to reproduce, adapt and distribute such content solely for the purpose of promoting Champagne Week, on any communication medium related to the event.
The venue retains ownership of its content.
6. Compliance with Regulations
The venue undertakes to comply with:
- all laws and regulations applicable to its activity;
- all rules relating to the sale, marketing and promotion of alcoholic beverages;
- the Champagne Week 2026 Participation Charter;
- all consumer protection and public health regulations applicable in its country.
The venue remains solely responsible for its offers, activities and communications.
7. Amendment or Removal of Information
The venue may request the correction or updating of information published about it.
Comité Champagne reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove any publication that is manifestly inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, or contrary to the image of Champagne Week or the Champagne Appellation.
8. Liability
Comité Champagne acts as a platform for listing and promoting participating venues.
Comité Champagne shall not be held liable for:
- the accuracy of information provided by participating venues;
- the implementation of the offers proposed;
- bookings made with participating venues;
- any damage arising from a venue’s participation in Champagne Week.
Each venue remains responsible for its own activities and its relationship with customers.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected during registration is processed solely for the organisation and management of Champagne Week.
The contact details of the designated representative are used to communicate with the venue regarding its participation.
All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. Duration
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply throughout the venue’s participation in Champagne Week 2026 and for the period required for the promotion and archiving of the event.
11. Acceptance
By ticking the relevant box during registration, the venue representative:
- acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Use;
- accepts the Champagne Week 2026 Participation Charter;
- confirms the accuracy of the information provided;
- undertakes to comply with all obligations associated with participation.
